The CCR dream might be best described as follows:

CCR is a comfortable, casual place where people can meet their friends every day of the week for fellowship, Bible study, prayer, worship or small group gatherings. In essence, CCR is a large coffee house that looks like a mountain lodge placed right in the heart of Fort Collins. It features a great room with couches, tables and comfortable seating with a large rock fireplace as a focal point. It also features a large kitchen, a library, offices, meeting rooms, a large outdoor deck facing the foothills, a playground and a coffee house. The smaller meeting rooms and offices are in the basement and everything else is upstairs on the main floor. CCR is not a church or church building in the conventional sense as we typically view these two things in America. In fact, there are no outward signs that CCR is a Christian place (THE WELL has been adopted as our public name). However, it is gathering place for believers who desire to minister to the world in ways that can be found outside the box of people's expectations and preconceived ideas. In the aroma of vibrant Christian community, many find THE WAY.

As an intermediate step to actually starting a building project that will take several years to complete, the CCR board has decided to pursue the possibility of leasing some commercial property as an initial location for CCR. This possibility is being considered due to the current abundance of good commercial properties that might be adapted to our use. Our primary target area for this location is central Fort Collins near the CSU campus.

The CCR ministry is overseen by a board of directors. This board is composed of committed believers, both men and women, who are recognized as leaders in the Christian community of Northern Colorado.
